Deadly truck accident on NYS Thruway

On February 8, 2012 a deadly truck accident occured on the New York State Thruway near Buffalo.  A tractor trailer rear ended a cargo van killing the driver of the van.  The Buffalo News is reporting that the cargo van was either stopped or slowing down in the right lane and did not have its lights on when the tractor trailer rear ended it.
