John Feroleto

John Feroleto has represented injured individuals for nearly thirty years with multi-million dollar results for his clients. Known for hard work, Mr. Feroleto is well respected in the legal community and is often asked to handle trial matters by other attorneys.

During his distinguished career Mr. Feroleto has been called on by National, State and Local associations to teach other attorneys trial skills and legal matters. Mr. Feroleto has helped educate attorneys in various states and provinces in the United States and Canada, and has authored articles for legal publications. He is active in and has been asked to serve in prominent positions in National and New York State legal associations including:

• President – New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Western New York Affiliate;
• Chair of the National Interstate Trucking Litigation Group of the American Association for Justice (A.A.J.);
• Officer of the National Interstate Trucking Litigation Group of The American Association for Justice (A.A.J.);
• Director – New York State Trial Lawyers Association;
• Chair – Small Office Practice Section of the Association of Trial Lawyers;
• Director – Bar Association of Erie County, New York.

John Feroleto and his wife Paula have been married for more than 30 years and they have three adult children, all involved in the law. He is an avid runner, having run in races from the mile to the marathon, including the Boston Marathon. In his spare time, he enjoys making his own wine and exercising his green thumb in his garden.

Mr. Feroleto often meets clients following unfortunate or tragic events. He is known to roll up his sleeves and out work insurance company lawyers. He attributes this to his blue-collar background and his philosophy of putting his clients first to help them rebuild their lives. While many injuries can never be reversed, Mr. Feroleto works with determination and commitment to make sure the parties at fault are held accountable for his clients’ losses. Especially rewarding are those cases where parties at fault are compelled to change their practices to decrease the likelihood of another worker or other person getting needlessly injured.
